You can register on the waiting list by filling in the form on our website www.portdubeal.fr - How does the waiting list work?
Your request is dated when you register. The only criterion for moving up the waiting list is the time since you registered. No other criterion is considered. Berths are allocated in order of registration, based on the berths available for the size of your boat. - Can I see the waiting list?
If you come to the Harbour Master's Office, we can let you know your position on the waiting list. Given the personal information it contains, the waiting list is not posted, in accordance with the obligations set by the CNIL (French Personal Data Regulator). - Is membership permanent?
No, you must renew your membership every year - What should I do if I leave a berth permanently?
- For the Annual Contract : Members must inform the Port-Abri office in writing, giving 2 months' notice.
- For Seasonal Contracts: the remaining period can be neither refunded nor transferred to another berth.
- For Temporary Contracts: fees are invoiced according to the number of days of presence, and should you wish to leave before the end of your contract, the remaining period can be neither refunded nor transferred to another berth. - Can I hire out my boat in the port?
It is strictly forbidden to carry out any commercial, industrial, artisanal or other business in the Port Abri area and, in particular, on board a vessel berthed in the port, without prior written authorisation from ACA - Can I put my boat in the water without being a member?
No, you cannot put a boat in the water without being a member of the port. - Can I launch my jet ski from the port?
No, you cannot launch your jet-ski from the port - I'm selling my boat, can I transfer my berth to the new owner?
When you sell your boat, your berth cannot under any circumstances be transferred from the member to the new owner. The new owner must apply for a berth as per the conditions set out in Article 1 of the Port Regulations

- Vehicles may only be parked when the vessel in question is actually in port or for the period the vessel is taken out of the port
- Trailers may not be parked outside the dry port or hull cleaning facilities provided for this purpose
- Please keep your dog on a lead and clean up after it
- Maximum authorised speed in the port is 3 knots
- It is forbidden to carry out any commercial business without first obtaining a written authorisation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport (such as: boat hire)
- Please use a water dispensing gun with a hand trigger to save water.
