3. Methods of processing personal data
ACA uses your data solely with your prior consent, for the purpose of enacting a contract or for a legitimate interest.
3.1 Communication via the contact form, by email or by telephone
3.1.1. Website
A contact form is available on the ACA website in which you enter your details as follows: title, last name, first name and e-mail address as well as the subject of your request. Any other details or data are optional.
Your attention is drawn to our Privacy Policy as soon as you enter your message on the website.
Contact by telephone or email is also possible. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted during the conversation or in the body of the email is recorded.
In both cases, your data is processed with your consent so that we can answer all your questions.
To process customer requests, we use software from the EPTICA Company, 63 bis rue de Sèvres - 92100 Boulogne Billancourt. EPTICA manages customer emails and controls their processing. EPTICA processes the names, content and technical information of the communication for ACA. This is carried out as part of an on-demand data processing system with an appropriate level of data protection. 3.1.2. Customer Relations Area
Requests for information and complaints by email are processed using the EPTICA software.
Customer contact information is used during exchanges to provide the requested response. This data is automatically held for five years in the software's archive storage.
Complaints are processed by post or email. The data is stored in an Excel document that we archive for ten years.
Requests can also be made by telephone via the ISICOM tool; telephone numbers are not saved.
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes of their collection. This occurs when circumstances allow us to conclude with certainty that the subject of our exchange has been definitively clarified.
3.2 Pilot Briefing Certification
The Pilot Briefing Certification requires you to fill out a form, the information you provide being stored in the database. This procedure allows you to complete the "pilot" certification necessary to comply with the landing flight paths applicable at Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, which aim to reduce noise pollution.
The data collected enables a follow-up of the certification granted for a period of one year. The data is stored for two years (24 months) and automatically deleted after this period.

3.3 FBO service request via "MyHandling"
Service requests can be sent either by email or by signing in to “My Handling” on the Cannes-Mandelieu Airport website.
